2019 SCHEDULE OF PRESENTATIONS:

March 18th Evelyn Petroski – Watercolor
Evelyn, renowned Oklahoma artist, known for her work in the courtroom, at weddings and various
events will paint one of our volunteer members from life.

April 15th Richard Coones – CHARCOAL/WATERCOLOR 
Richard will discuss his process using charcoal and watercolor with a sci-fi theme.

May 20th Josh Stout – SCULPTURE
I will bring pieces in various stages of completion.
“Inside every composition lives the elements of art. Each sculpture I create begins as an original
painting, then moves to a series of sketches and ultimately becomes sculpted in an oil based clay.
Breathing life into a subject that you can now completely encompass its story.” -Josh Stout

June 17th Jude Tolar – SOFT PASTEL
Jude will work from life demonstrating a pastel painting of a flower on sanded paper.

July 15th Hubert Pollock – ARTIST/AUTHOR
The artist/author we all call “Hubie" will be sharing his love of art and life. After surviving War torn
Germany he enjoys trekking across Oklahoma on his bike and painting in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

August 19th Lauren “Rainbow" Lunsford – ACRYLIC
Lauren will share her technique using acrylic, glitter and puff paint in a variety of interesting lights.

September 16th Daryl Reimer- GRAPHITE/CHARCOAL
Daryl will demonstrate his graphite/charcoal portrait strategies including set up, likeness, showing
rounded form and color strategies.

October 21st Jimmy Leach – ACRYLIC
Jimmy will share his process of painting heavy texture in acrylic and extending the image past the
borders. An added feature will be stories from his life and career asan artist.

November 18th Janette Meetze –PASTEL PAPERS, GROUNDS & UNDERPAINTING
Janette will share her knowledge of different kinds of paper, adding textured grounds and creating a
successful underpainting using color theory.
