BAA Art Camp 2022
Students will learn new art techniques in Drawing, Clay & Sculpture, Painting, and Printmaking. Take one week or all four!
Week 1 – Drawing
June 6 – 10, 2022
Learn to draw what you see and use your imagination as well. Learn to draw in perspective and with 3-D shapes.
Week 2 – Clay and Sculpture
June 13 – 17, 2022
Work with clay and other sculptural materials. Wear old clothes or bring a smock. Make a self-portrait in clay.
Week 3 – Painting
June 20 – 24, 2022
Learn painting techniques for watercolor and acrylics. How to paint landscape, still life, and portraits.
Week 4 – Printmaking
June 27 – July 1, 2022
Make prints with a variety of materials and processes such as dry point, relief print, and monotype.
$35 per week
Class times:
Grades 1 & 2: 9:00 – 10:00
Grades 3 & 4: 10:10 – 11:10
Grades 5 & 6: 11:20 – 12:20
Grades 7 & up: 12:50 – 2:00
Mixed level: 2:10 – 3:10
Location: Bartlesville Art Association in The Price Tower Design Center next to Price Tower. 500 S. Dewey Ave. Entrance is in the back of the building.

Art Camp Scholarships are available
Scholarships are given out of a special fund provided by the Bartlesville Art Association and our donors. Scholarships are based on need so students needing a full scholarship can apply for one and students needing partial assistance can be provided for as well.
Let Mr. Graham know by emailing boomerang_g@sbcglobal.net as a way to apply for scholarship funding. Please provide name of student(s), grade they will be in the fall, and which weeks of Art Camp and sessions they would like to have a spot (example, Painting Week, Grades 3 & 4 10:10-11:10.)
