Paper Collage Painting

Taught by Debbie Finch

This class will show you how to create paintings thru the use of paper:  napkins, magazines, newspapers even
junk mail.  I will provide a pattern of a flower or an animal for you to select for your art project.  Should you just want to freestyle  your painting – that’s OK.  This class is designed to explore the creativity of each student.
By using various values  (the lights & darks of colors) we will create dimensional objects that appear to be painted.

Supply Fee – $10.00 (which includes) Your canvas board, decoupage, use of scissors & paper products.

Instructor, Laura Riley was one of six children. “I was raised by a busy mom, who instilled in me a love of fabric. Though I learned to sew and knit at a young age, it was the arrival of my first grandchild in 2008 that pushed me to take up knitting, in a more dedicated manner.  Twelve years later now,  I design and knit scarves, shawls, sweaters and socks for the people in my life.  I blog about my fiber adventures at dailyfiberfun.wordpress.com.”
