The class project is the ever popular mug-rug, also known as the swatch. Students who complete the course will receive written instructions to make all four mug rug designs, plus a list of on-line knitting resources.

Supply Fee $5 (Please pay instructor on first day of class)

Course supplies: Instructor will provide yarn and needles. A $5 supplies fee will cover cost – payable to instructor.
Instructor, Laura Riley was one of six children. “I was raised by a busy mom, who instilled in me a love of fabric. Though I learned to sew and knit at a young age, it was the arrival of my first grandchild in 2008 that pushed me to take up knitting, in a more dedicated manner. Twelve years later now, I design and knit scarves, shawls, sweaters and socks for the people in my life. I blog about my fiber adventures at dailyfiberfun.wordpress.com.”
